Production Time

How long before my order ships?

Production time varies for each type or product. All of my products are made-to-order, and I get started on your order as soon as it is placed and payment has cleared. The standard order fulfillment time for most items is 2-7 business days (please note, this does not include shipping).



Why isn’t my order shipping all together?

I work with several different manufacturers to ensure you get the best quality prints and items for your money. This means that sometimes, parts of your order will ship from different places. If you get a notification saying that only part of your order has shipped, don’t worry! It will all make its way to you, and each part of your order will have a tracking number so you can stay up to date with its expected arrival time!


What if my package gets lost/damaged/etc?

If the worst should happen and your package does not make it to you, please reach out to me through the Contact page, or via e-mail at misselaneousart@gmail.com. From there, I will work with you to replace your order at no extra cost to you.
Please note, any lost in transit claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date!


Does shipping include import/international/customs fees, etc.?

Customs charges, import duties and other International fees are not included in the item prices or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot mark items as “gifts” or falsify any forms to avoid these charges, so please check with your customs office so you can be aware of these additional costs beforehand.




I ordered the wrong size! Can I return/exchange it?

Unfortunately, because everything I offer is made-to-order I cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing at this time. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please make sure you check any size charts carefully to ensure the best fit! I am also happy to answer any questions I can about the fit of any garments you may be interested in.

There’s a problem/quality issue with my order! Can I return it?

Yes! Any issues regarding misprints, defects or faults with the item (that are not caused by misuse or mishandling) will be accepted for a return with a full refund or replacement. Please reach out to me via the Contact page, or e-mail at misselaneousart@gmail.com as soon as possible so I can get the return process started for you. Please note, any returns regarding quality or damage issues must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after delivery date!
