I ordered the wrong size! Can I return/exchange it?
In order to reduce overproduction, everything I currently offer is made-to-order. Because of this, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing at this time. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please make sure you check any size charts carefully to ensure the best fit! I am also happy to answer any questions I can about the fit of any garments you may be interested in.
There’s a problem/quality issue with my order! Can I return it?
Yes! Any issues regarding misprints, defects or faults with the item (that are not caused by misuse or mishandling) will be accepted for a return with a full refund or replacement. Please reach out to me via the Contact page, or e-mail at misselaneousart@gmail.com as soon as possible so I can get the return process started for you. Please note, any returns regarding quality or damage issues must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after delivery date!
